Bank accounts & Foreign Companies
Our firm is associated with reputable Cyprus Banks and can offer the opening of the following bank accounts:
- Personal bank accounts, with Internet banking, debit card or a Visa card at a price of 500 Euros. For
that service we will need from the client a copy of his/her passport, certified by a professional (auditor or lawyer)
of his country of residence, a current utility bill for the proof of address and a C.V. with all the details of
the person who will open the bank account, like current employment and monthly salary. Our office will
undertake send the bank forms to the client for signing and upon delivering the signed bank forms to the bank,
to obtain and deliver by courier the bank codes to the address of the client.
- Corporate bank accounts of foreign entities: The opening of a bank account of a foreign company is
possible with the following requirements:
- Full documentation (not older than 2 months) of all corporate certificates, resolutions, M&A and a
good standing certificate or certificate of incumbency. In case another company is appearing as director,
secretary or shareholder then we will need full documentation of that company also.
- Passport copies, utility bill and C.V. of all persons appearing in the company.
- In case of nominee directors/shareholders, copies of trust deeds leading to the beneficial owner/s of the company.
For that service our office fees are 750 Euros.
- Foreign Corporations
Our firm is associated with law firms in other jurisdictions and it can offer the incorporation of foreign corporations\
in Countries like Belize, British Virgin Islands and Seychelles. It can offer also the opening of corporate
